Christmas!

I had this post ready to go after the holidays but with school starting back up I completely forgot to post it.  So here it is!

We had a great Christmas.  Grandma came for a visit and arrived before Christmas.  We took her to Christmas markets in Nuernberg and Regensburg.  Then we got busy getting ready for Christmas.  We decorated cookies, Grandma taught Gus and Cormac how to make pies, and the kids grew more excited by the minute.

Christmas Eve.

Santa brought Maggie this pink rocking chair. She loves it--like her own little throne.

The day after Christmas we went to Prague for a couple of days. Their Christmas markets were still open so we checked some of those out.

We walked up to the castle (twice!). The second time was during daylight so the kids had more fun running around.
