Washing some cars and lots of brotherly love
It started out as a simple game of using water bottles to wash cars.
It ended up as a game to see who could make the most puddles. Either way, we now have really clean cars.

Lots of pics of Cadel
Pat braved the masses and took Gus and Cormac to see The Lorax this weekend. So I had lots of time to get pictures of Cadel without little boy heads in the way (he also was able to enjoy sometime without little boys in his face).
Enjoying a snack outside
The weather was really mild last week so we were able to spend quite a bit of time playing outside. For Gus and Cormac that also means enjoying some snacks outside as well.

Donut Monster
Cormac and Pat had a little dad and son time out and about last week so they stopped by the donut shop to pick out some donuts for breakfast. Naturally Cormac picked out the one with green icing (early St. Patty's Day donuts??). He licked every bit of the green icing off and only ate about two bites, but it was picture-worthy.

Update on the ladies' man
I took Gus into school on Wednesday morning. Tilley and her mom were already there and Tilley was busy putting her things in her cubby. She started giggling as soon as Gus walked in. Her mom looked at me and said, "she always giggles uncontrollably whenever she sees Gus." Again, Gus took no notice of the attention. Must be hard to be so cool.

The Bug Sweepers
My boys are all boy. They like cars and trains, bikes and wrestling with each other. Gus and Cormac both find bugs interesting. Cormac especially likes to check them out, pick them up, etc. However, I have discovered one area that, perhaps, derives a little too much from their mom. I am not scared of bugs generally. Bugs don't send me screaming into the other room. But I don't particularly enjoy picking up the errant bug that sneaks into the house, especially if it is one of the nasty stink bugs we have in abundance here on the East coast. My method of picking up bugs is to get out the vacuum and suck them right up.
Yesterday I realized that this is how my boys think one should get rid of a bug. They have a little "popper"--you push it around and the little balls inside pop--that they pretend is a vacuum. Cormac had this out and was vacuuming the coffee table in the office. A little strange, so I went to see why he was vacuuming tabletops. There was a dead stink bug that he was trying to get and, in the process, he was completely pummeling it. What a hoot that my rough and tumble little boys think the vacuum is how one disposes of dead bugs.
