Snack time

These pictures were taken a week or two ago (Gus and Cormac have both had haircuts since). Everyone was sitting still in the same spot, which doesn't happen often, but it was really only because they all had Goldfish.

Snow Play

We got another minor dousing of snow yesterday so this morning I loaded all boys up in snow clothes (think the scene in A Christmas Story where Ralphie' s mom is getting Randy in his snow suit and then he says he has to go to the bathroom--except times three).  We got about six inches up where we live on Cheyenne Mountain but the rest of Colorado Springs saw an inch or two.  The boys had a good time playing.  Cadel was excited to get to go outside with the big boys but once out there he was pretty unsteady on his feet--hard to navigate all that snow when you are so little.  So I took him inside because he kept getting frustrated from falling.  Naturally, once he was inside he only wanted to be back outside with the big boys.

Growing boys

Cadel just had his 15 month check-up.  He is doing so well.  He now weighs 25 pounds and is 32.35 inches tall.  He is definitely still the runt but the doctor said he looks great and is developing wonderfully.

Cormac had his 3 year check-up right before Christmas.  He now weighs 35.5 pounds and is 39.75 inches tall.  Everything with Cormac looks great as well.  We are so blessed with these healthy boys!

And baby makes...

Too many to count???  Perhaps.  We are proud to announce the final expansion of our family.  We are expecting one more Bryan baby, set to arrive sometime around July 12.

Skating Away

Gus started the Beginner Level 2  ice skating class earlier this month.  He has really shown improvement.  This past Saturday during his class the instructor from the Intermediate class noticed how he was doing and how well he was taking instruction.  She went over and talked with Gus' instructor.  They ended up bumping Gus up to the Intermediate Level 1 class!  He skipped right past the rest of the Beginner 2 class and the Beginner 3 class.  We are so proud of him!

Just like the big boys

Cadel has been wanting to sit at the table with everyone else ever since he could climb up there (which as been months).  So we found the little chair that attaches to the table and tried it out one night.  He loved it!

Gone is the highchair.  He has been sitting there ever since.  Now we just need to go out to the Airstream and get his real booster so he can really join in.
