As we settle in we are keeping busy with plenty of things from finishing up the house to playing in the backyard (LOVE hot, sunny weather!) with some Easter and baby check-ups thrown in.
Cormac had his four-month check-up on Tuesday and he is doing beautifully. He is a happy, healthy baby who is rolling over, grabbing things and instantly putting them in his mouth, and laughing at Gus all the time. Cormac now weighs 18 pounds, 1 ounce and is 26 3/4 inches long. He is in the 95% in both. Everything checked out great at his appointment.
This warm spring weather has been wonderful, especially since Gus loves anything having to do with the outdoors. He did take a break to dye some Easter eggs last week. We had a nice, quiet Easter here with all of the usual activities.
Cormac took over Gus' "fort" for some shade and a nap.
I love the chubby baby arms that look like they have rubber bands around them.
Gus has had tons of fun cooking up some dirt this week. It never really seemed to dry out long enough in Bamberg to play in the dirt, so he is making up for lost time. At this point he still stays pretty clean, but I am sure that will change soon enough.
"Here Mom, this is for you." Yum.
Cormac is a happy, happy baby. We are so lucky to have such an agreeable little guy.

They are just too precious. I can't believe how big Cormac is getting. Can't wait to get my hands on them!
Love those two sweet boys! We can verify Cormac's weight, too! BIG BOY for sure! We think Pat's name for him, "Angel Baby" is just the BEST! So, is Gus trying to be like "Chef Opa" or something? -- maybe not with "dirt dinner!" Pretty cute! :) :)
and I can't wait to see them either!
