A small glimpse of moving

As we are in the middle of yet another move I snapped a few pictures to show what goes on.

Boredom.

Last minute fort building before the furniture is wrapped.

Last minute playing before toys are packed.

Napping.  Because I lucked out with 4 sick kids (all at different times--never all together) during the pack out and load.

Paper fortune tellers.  We did this to combat some of the boredom.  I hadn't made one of these since elementary school and it was a little too much fun. I am thinking of doing one for chores...

New sleeping arrangements once the furniture is gone. All of the kids have their own cots.  Cormac wanted to put his in Maggie's room and sleep next to her because he was worried that she would fall out of her cot.

End of the season

The soccer and baseball seasons wrapped up this past week.  I think both boys had a good time on their teams.  Cormac is a little soccer stud and so fun to watch.  Gus really showed so much improvement in his throwing and batting--it was awesome to watch.

Royals vs. Yankees

Last weekend we met up with Grandma and Tony at the K for the Royals vs. the Yankees.  It was perfect weather for baseball and the kids had a blast!

Bedtime stories part 2

The other night Gus decided he was going to read bedtime books to his brothers.  He decided that without any prompting and this is how I found them.  He gave Cormac and Cadel five different choices for books and then read to each boy in his own bed.
