Playing outside is always the best, especially when it is raining.  We had a light rain shower and the boys decided to try it out.  It was hardly sprinkling, but still a few small puddles for jumping.  Maybe next time there will be a little more rain for splashing.

Cormac likes to channel Mr. T and wear lots of necklaces.  Just one set of beads is never enough--he has to have them all on at the same time (is there any other way to wear beads??).  This is his "cheese" face.

Beebo's Birthday

Beebo (Pat's dad) had his birthday this week so we had Beebo and Gam-Gam over for dinner on Sunday night to celebrate.  Gus is the birthday police so he decided where the decorations would hang, where everyone would sit and when it was time to put on birthday hats.  He loves birthdays and was very excited to celebrate Beebo's with cake and ice cream (who cares about the birthday dinner?!?).

Cormac's First Haircut

Last week we took the boys in for much needed haircuts.  It was Cormac's first haircut.  Gus wanted to go to Snip-Its (the kid haircut place) because he only wants girls to cut his hair.  Cormac was none to excited about getting up in the chair but he sat very still.  He tried for the longest time not to cry, but finally let loose and cried the entire rest of the haircut (luckily, it was only a few minutes).  He looks like such a little boy now with all of his baby fuzz gone.

 Gus was an old pro when it was his turn.   Every time they get a haircut they look a little bit older and bigger--it sure does go by fast.
