Yesterday we headed over to the state park for some flat space so the boys could do some bike riding. They had a great time and they are all really improving.

A quiet Independence Day
Our Fourth of July was pretty quiet. Since we are awaiting number four's arrival any time we didn't venture too far. I knew the boys wouldn't be able to make it up until 9:30 to watch fireworks so we spent the day outside playing instead. Grandma recently sent some cool monster popsicle holders and the boys were super excited to try those out. We followed it all up with a steak dinner and it was a pretty good holiday!

New Neighbors
We see deer outside often in our neighborhood but this last weekend we were treated to some brand new babies. This mom and her two little ones seem to be enjoying our front yard a lot. We have seen them several times.
Like most of the wildlife around here you can get up close without bothering them.
Just too tired to go (you can see the little baby still resting right in front of the rock). Gus has named them Jack and William.

Growing boy
I took Cormac in for his first school physical today. He needed one since he is starting preschool this fall. He is now 42 inches tall (his doctor commented on how he was now 99% for height) and he weighs 39 pounds (I believe that is somewhere in the 90%). He really seems like he is starting to get taller and skinnier. He got a great report from the doctor so he is ready to go for his first year of preschool. Cormac is so excited to start school and I know he will have a great time.
